Aktionsplan gegen Feinstaub

Eine EU-Verordnung schreibt einen Aktionsplan vor. Doch wenn man die Innenstadt für bestimmte Fahrzeuge sperrt, müssen diese längere Wege fahren und hinterlassen umso mehr Feinstaub im Umland.
